From a sweet-spicy barbecue sauce to a crunchy jicama slaw, the combination of ingredients in this sandwich makes for a can’t-miss supper. Using deli chicken makes preparation fast and easy.
4 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
1 cup honey barbecue sauce
1/4 cup coarsely chopped cilantro
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 cup julienned jicama
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup sliced green onions
4 sesame seed hamburger buns, split
1. Heat chicken and barbecue sauce in medium saucepan over medium heat until heated through.
2. Combine cilantro, oil and vinegar in large bowl. Stir in jicama and onions until lightly coated. Divide chicken between buns; top with slaw.
